KY Cafe is located at Sekama, one of the oldest kopitiam in town that is still standing strong. It’s famous for its kolo mee but yours truly isn’t a kolomee fan hahaha…

We always tapao the kolo mee or kolo bee hoon home to eat but never dine there. Finally last week we dined there.

Left: Kueh Chap, very salty -.-” Not my kind, must add in the chili if not it’s quite hard to eat.

Right: Fish ball tang hoon soup, it tasted as it supposed to be ;p

Quite surprising that this place is rated “A” by the council. Not that I say it’s not clean, it’s pretty clean for a kopitiam just that usually it’s hard to find grade “A” kopitiam. However, I never believe in the rating because it’s not that accurate, I encountered places with grade “A” that were quite dirty or grade “B” that were so much cleaner than the one given with grade “A”.

Mitsu Tea House is located at RH Plaza. Had our dinner there one week ago. We ordered a pot of green tea(RM5) to go with our food because it was raining out there and the weather was quite cooling.

Left: Crispy Duck Noodle(RM6), we thought they sent us the wrong order. Apparently, the “crispy” referred to the noodle not the duck with crispy skin *LOL*

Right: Tomato Kueh Tiaw(RM6), so-so only.

Left: Fish Cao Cai Mihun(RM6), so big bowl! It’s so sour that when I swallowed the soup, it stung my throat. I couldn’t finish it.

Right: Fried Tomato Mee(RM6), was expecting the noodle to be similar to Crispy Duck Noodle as that’s how tomota mee usually looked like but it wasn’t. So-so only also, what to expect? It’s the same base as the kueh tiaw.

Food portion was quite big but I’m not really into the taste of the food there. It didn’t suit my taste buds.

We had our lunch at Lundu. No idea where to go so simply stopped by any coffee shop in sight.

Left: Here we were, Happy Seafood Centre. Simply just ordered anything, don’t expect seafood *LOL*

Right: Kolo mee, quite salty.

Left: Fried bee hoon, quite salty too.

Right: Vegetable soup, good thing this is not salty, a bit tasteless but I’m fine with that because the other food were quite salty.

Left: Midin with garlic, it tasted as it supposed to me but a bit at the saltier side.

Right: Ginger pork, it’s kind of salty too.

No idea of the price of each of the food though. Overall was RM20+.

Just wanna share with you about one of the coupons in WOW Book.

I went to SCR Xpress at tHe Spring quite awhile ago with my friends, there were almost 10 of us dining there and guess what? We only paid RM30+! That’s because we were using the 20% coupon in WOW Book.

Here’s some of the food that we ordered, I don’t remember the exact name or the price since it’s been quite awhile:

Left: Salad chicken rice.

Right: Sweet and sour fish rice.

Left: Fried bee hoon.

Right: Fish ball noodle. I ordered this. If not mistaken after the discount, it’s only RM3+. The portion was just right for me, I love the chili they gave. Mix the chili with the noodle, it will taste better.

Don’t forget to use the coupons if you have. It’s really a huge saving!

Decided to try out Pizza Hut Chunky Loaded Pizza the other day. Don’t want to dine there anymore. Rather takeaway and save the 10% service charge.

It’s not so bad when it’s piping hot but once it’s cold it’s quite yucky. I also don’t know how to explain hahaha… As for the weight, it’s pretty heavy.

Anyway, it’s advertised as having 10 layers, I didn’t count though ;p The 10 layers from bottom to top were:
Crunchy crust
Napolitana sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Roasted veggie mix
Tortilla crust
Roasted veggie mix
Chicken/Beef topping (we had beef)
Diced tomatoes
Tortilla strips
Mozzarella cheese
