Continuation from BCCK Ramadhan Buffet – Part 1…
These are the entrees, I tried about 60% of them only. The lamb rack in mint sauce and the potato something is really tasty!
I tried most of the meat there and they were tender and juicy enough. As you know usually the meat you got in buffet is pretty dry because it’s being heated for too long and it’s overcooked. They managed to retain the juice of the meat.
The potato “something” was quite nice too. There were so many mussels cooked in different method.
Not only that, the fried wanton and soup is something you should try out.
Desserts coming up…
See the chocolate fountain?!?!
I just realized that the cookies and dates could be coated with the chocolate too.
There were so many kind of desserts I wish I could try every single one of them but too bad my tummy didn’t have space already. I only tried less than 40% of them.
I really love the desserts, they were not too sweet. I tried many places’ and their desserts were not nice, only tasted all the sugar.
Lastly, the bloated diners ;p
