First went to Lok-Lok at Bank Hock Road was in 2008. Last Saturday, we made an impromptu decision to go there for dinner.
Left: Nasi lemak, not up to our expectations.
Right: The herbal tea. A popular drink there. If not mistaken, it’s luo han guo.
Only had 5 sticks as we didn’t know how much each stick was, didn’t dare to order too many. Just tried out some.
Overall damage that night was RM19. Hmm… It’s not cheap dining here I think. One or two sticks of lok-lok is fine but when you have more it will cost a bomb! Furthermore, it’s not filling to have few sticks of lok-lok.
Long time didnt have lok lok there. Yes, very expensive to eat lok lok but I like the nasi lemak. I wonder it still taste that great.
Rose, hmmm… I’m not sure, the nasi lemak we had, the sambal so salty, curry kind of tasteless, don’t think it’s the same as what you had.
