I’m supposed to update a food post today but no mood to do it because of one unreasonable client today accused me of doing something illegal and said that I accused him of cheating when all I wanted was to check whether he got my e-mail regarding his annual service renewal or not which lead to another matter that saying we never fix the thing for him and I insisted that we managed to fixed it. GAH! Very long winding story, don’t know how to start telling it. I just apologized to him but he said there is no point to apologize and slammed the phone on me.
Not long later, he called me back asking me to just issue the invoice to him. How I wish he never call back and just stop subscribing to our service then I don’t have to deal with this nonsense again.
It happened last year too with this same client but on another issue and accused us of being unprofessional when in fact he should just call another phone number since the other number was having problem that time. It’s not like we only have one number to call.
Spoiled my mood only. I hate dealing with people like this. Now that he wants to continue subscribing to our service will mean I have to collect cheque from him in person when payment is ready. I don’t want!!! I don’t want to see him or deal with him anymore! Sigh… Then again, I don’t think I have a choice unless I end this business so that he won’t be able to subscribe to our service anymore which is impossible.
ARG! Really spoiled my mood only. Off to sleep.
