Going to be pretty random today. Got the baking bug so I baked some cookies for CNY. It’s been quite a while since I last bake. Since I’m having my holiday, so I’m not that occupied. First batch was nice, second batch was over baked(silly me, didn’t check properly), and third batch seemed nice on top but the bottom was over baked(forgot to change the heat direction) hahaha… It’s still edible, just more brownish.
I’ll be at tHe Spring tomorrow to assist the customer service which is one of the activities that we have to do for tHe Spring Ambassador Hunt. This will be the time we pull for votes.
