5D Museum at Sentosa Theme Park

Posted on January 27, 2017January 27, 2017 By sweet surrender No Comments on 5D Museum at Sentosa Theme Park

Heard of 5D Museum at Sentosa Theme Park (Lot310, Block 17, Jalan Stakan, Kota Sentosa, Kuching)?

Had the opportunity to visit the place last month. Do not underestimate the museum, you will need at least 3-4 hours if you really want to interact with every single exhibits there.

I’ll just let the photos to the rest of the talking. Just sharing some here.

Left: Something to highlight here… it will make you really really dizzy when you’re in the house. Also, things will move the opposite direction too. You will have to feel it yourself to know what I’m talking about.

In case you are curious, here’s the pricing as of November 2016:
Adult: RM 49(M’sia Mykad Holder)
Kids (3-12 years): RM29(M’sia Mykad Holder)
Below 3 years is free. (M’sia Mykad Holder)
Operating Hours: Everyday 11am~11pm

Aside from the museum, other games are available. Each will be charged. The more games you play, the more you will pay. There is no entrance fee for unlimited play.

Left: 3D Hunter Game.
Right: 9DVR, experience virtual reality experience. If you are wearing skirt, no worries, they will hang a cloth over the machine to cover you up from accidental “show”.

Left: Dart game.
Right: The largest indoor archery shooting field in Malaysia.

Left: The track for all sort of rides such as drift cart, hover cart and etc. for you to choose.
Right: Augmented reality. The video and photos of you in the room will be recorded, you can opt to buy them.

The largest indoor skating rink in Malaysia is here too. I didn’t take photo of it though.

After playing, there’s Warung Atap Cafe for your to fill your tummy. The food is reasonably priced and the portion is quite huge too.

Do go there and spend your fun time with your family. It sure gave us so much fun and laughter in the museum.

Blogging since 2002. Anything before 2006 is no longer available. It is no longer on this server. Back then, I built my own blog and updated it using HTML. No database or anything. Only started blogging fully with a CMS in 2006. However, whatever was on the Internet will stay on the Internet. So... It should be still somewhere on the Internet. Then again... Why do you want to dig that far?
